Record with Audio launched in February 2019, allowing users to record interactive prototypes with audio or using it as a narration track to recorded workflows.

Adobe XD Amazon Alexa Integration

The Amazon Alexa plugin launched in July 2019, letting designers add their Adobe XD voice prototypes to their Amazon Alexa devices. This made it possible for designers to talk to their Adobe XD voice prototypes in real time.

Voice Prototyping in Adobe XD launched in October 2018, allowing designers to prototype with voice commands and speech playback side by side with their visual prototypes.

Amazon Alexa UI Kit

To empower designers to get started with voice prototyping in Adobe XD, we launched a UI Kit parallel with The Voice Prototyping Feature. The UI Kit matched the specs for 5 of Amazon Alexa’s voice devices, allowing users to get a smooth start to their voice prototypes.

Sayspring – Webplatform

Sayspring was a webplatform that allowed designers and creatives to prototype voice experiences for their Amazon Alexa and Google Home devices. The startup was acquired by Adobe in 2018 and the webplatform was build into the desktop application Adobe XD.

Sayspring – Voicegram

In February 2018, Sayspring launched Voicegram, a webplatform to share voice prototypes as links, as part of a creative workflow in developing voice prototypes for Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
